George Edward Forrest

Gas engineer and land owner. Brass founder, lamp manufacturer, and gas fitter living in Islington, 1861. Lived in Down from at least 1876. Member of the Down school board, 1876; chairman, 1880. At Gorringes, a house in Down, 1881.
