John Hutton Balfour Browne

Barrister. Studied at Edinburgh University. Called to the bar, 1870; bencher, Middle Temple, 1890. Registrar and secretary to the Railway Commission, 1874. Son of William Alexander Francis Browne; brother of James Crichton-Browne.
